1) I got up at 6:30 and worked out before class.  It seems silly to me that this is so exciting when a month ago I was doing this like 5 days a week, but I’m really proud that I actually got up and did it.  It’s sooooo much easier for me to get up and workout in the morning.  It’s not that I’m incapable of working out later in the day, but I usually just end up getting lazy...

DAY TWO
